Celebrate your special day with a  Birthday Dance Party!

1 1/2 Hours of Dancing & Fun!

WE PROVIDE:

Party clean-up. 

45 minutes of enthusiastic, positve, high-quality dance instruction in a safe, fun, inclusive environment.

A final show @ the end of the party to entertain parents & friends with all we've learned!

Invitations.

Cake table and table covering.  (You are free to bring your own table covering to match your personal party theme).

Decorations @ the party table.

1 highly-qualified dance instructor for 10 students; 1 instructor and 1 assistant for over 10 students.  Instructor responsibilites include dance instruction, as well as helping your party stay on schedule and run smoothly.  Our lead instructors are CPR/First Aid certified.

Waivers for each party guest, which must be signed and received by CVDA prior to the beginning of the party.

YOU PROVIDE:

Party set-up and clean-up.

Cake, drinks, food, and all accessories (plates, napkins, utensils, etc.).

Additional decorations of your choosing (optional), which must be easily put up and removed with no permanent alterations to the studio.

At least 1 adult chaperone onsite during the duration of the party.  We suggest an additional adult for parties over 10 children.

Chaperoning and overseeing cake and gift times.  CVDA will assist in keeping track of time and in helping the party run smoothly from one activity to the next.

Collection of waivers, which must be signed by each party participant and received by CVDA prior to onset of party.

Cost:

$200 - 10 students & under (includes birthday child)

$225 - 11-15 students

$250 - 16-20 students

$50 deposit required to secure party date & time.  Deposit refund will be given for cancellations up to 2 days prior to party date.

Ballerina Princess - ballet        Happenin' Hip Hop - hip hop         Totally Tumbling - tumbling               All-Star Cheer - cheer/pom              Musical Mania - jazz & hip hop with a musical theme                                 Boys' Boppin' Bash - hip hop & tumbling                                             Or we'll create a combination of any of these! 

1 1/2 hours of dancing fun:

45 mins. of dance instruction     30 mins. cake & gift time          15 mins. final show for parents & guests

Dress Code:

Dancewear or comfortable clothing, such as leggings, shorts, t-shirt - clothing that is easy and safe to move in freely.  Dancewear is not a requirement.

Dance shoes or bare feet - no socks or tights, as these can be slippery and potentially hazardous.  All guests, please, no street shoes on the dance floor.
