Competition Company

The Clayton Valley Dance Academy Competition Company offers high-level training for dancers interested in competition and future opportunities in college dance programs and beyond. Dancers train multiple days per week, compete at 4-5 regional events and participate in a national finals at the end of the season.

Audition Information

12p.m. - 1p.m. ~ Ages 4-8

1:15p.m. - 3:00p.m. ~ Ages 9-13

3:15p.m. - 5:00p.m. ~ Ages 13-18

Auditions will include warm-up, across-the-floor technique, and a choreography combination including improvisation. The choreography will incorporate elements of contemporary, jazz and hip hop styles to assess versatility and performance quality. All levels are encouraged to audition.
